Booking and paymentReservación y pago

Tours are booked online for a specific date. Your booking is confirmed when payment is completed and you receive the confirmation email with your reference number.Los tours se reservan en línea para una fecha específica. Tu reservación queda confirmada cuando se completa el pago y recibes el correo de confirmación con tu número de referencia.

Prices are per person, in Mexican pesos (MXN), and include what is listed on each tour page. Payments are processed by PayPal.Los precios son por persona, en pesos mexicanos (MXN), e incluyen lo que se indica en la página de cada tour. Los pagos son procesados por PayPal.

Participation and safetyParticipación y seguridad

Our tours are outdoor activities in natural areas. Participants should be in good health for the difficulty level of the tour and must tell the guide about any medical condition beforehand.Nuestros tours son actividades al aire libre en áreas naturales. Los participantes deben estar en buen estado de salud para el nivel de dificultad del tour y avisar al guía de cualquier condición médica con anticipación.

Participants must follow the guide's instructions at all times. The guide may change or shorten a route because of weather, trail conditions or group safety.Los participantes deben seguir las instrucciones del guía en todo momento. El guía puede modificar o acortar una ruta por clima, condiciones del sendero o seguridad del grupo.

Outdoor activities carry inherent risks. By booking, participants accept these risks and are responsible for their own belongings.Las actividades al aire libre implican riesgos inherentes. Al reservar, los participantes aceptan estos riesgos y son responsables de sus pertenencias.

Respect for natureRespeto a la naturaleza

Please leave no trace, respect wildlife and protected areas, and follow the rules of each site (for example, pets are not allowed at the Macaw Sanctuary).Por favor no dejes basura, respeta la fauna y las áreas protegidas, y sigue las reglas de cada sitio (por ejemplo, no se admiten mascotas en el Santuario de las Guacamayas).
